Zsalynn Whitworth – My 600-lb Life Season 2 /Lost 400 Lbs
Zsalynn Whitworth had to overcome much more than her struggle with her weight. As it was captured during the shooting of the show, her husband was very abusive. He cared so little for her nutrition that he took her to a drive-thru right after her surgery. Fortunately, as she lost the weight, she gained her self-esteem back. Eventually, she managed to put her foot down and separate from her husband. She’s currently dating again and seems to be very happy in her new relationship. We’re glad that she has put herself first and work through the hard times.
