Fiona Falkner began her weight loss journey on The Biggest Loser’s Australian version. She lost a lot of weight but it wasn’t enough to win the show. However, instead of bringing her happiness, her weight loss had brought her anxiety. Now she felt like she was being judged by everyone in Sidney and people felt free to comment on her gaining back the weight. Fortunately, Fiona found the strength to look for help for herself and get into a better mindset. She hosted The Biggest Loser, the show that started it all. She is now a columnist as well.
