Rachel Frederickson’s discipline and hard work led her to win the 15th season of the reality TV show, The Biggest Loser. Despite what she went through to be more healthy, she was the subject of much criticism over how much weight she had lost. Overcoming this bittersweet situation, she stayed strong. In interviews, she constantly defended the way in which she had lost the weight. After the competition had ended, she gained 20 pounds but still looked and felt amazing. She has continued in her job as a voice actress. She has maintained her routine, making sure that the rest of the 150 pounds that she’s lost won’t ever come back.
