Jefferson Airplane Call in a New Dawn
Despite the fact that Jefferson Airplane was once a folk-rock band, once they began fusing folk music with rock & roll, they produced a brand-new style that has come to be known as psychedelic rock.
They were arguably the biggest band in San Francisco. Their origins go back to 1965, and by 1967 they were already well-known. They were known for their dual and occasionally triple voice. They incorporated both blues and psychedelia into their music. Therefore, it made no difference that their set was scheduled to start at 7 A.M. on that particular Sunday. They came to make maniacal music, and that’s exactly what they did!
