With a lot of exercise and healthier eating habits, he was the protagonist of an amazing transformation. Nowadays, he is a fireman and has even participated in the annual calendar – quite an uncomfortable experience for him. Despite his changed physique, he has confessed to still facing insecurity issues. Sam, who used to be engaged until 2017, is now focused on looking for love while fighting fires.
Nicole Lewis – Back in the Workforce

Nicole Lewis’ obesity had interfered with her life so much that she wasn’t even able to work. She decided to go for surgery, specifically a gastric bypass surgery. She has also followed Dr. Now’s meal plan set for her on My 600-lb Life and since then, her life has changed. Not only has she lost more than 300 pounds but she’s been able to find a job! Despite having problems during her recovery and having to battle with her fear of getting out of bed, she pushed through. Now, she has lost over 500 pounds and is a motivational speaker, using her story as an inspiration for many.

They have all changed their habits and Helen has continued to spread the word. She is also a runner and frequently participates in marathons.

Danny Cahill used to be a musician, but the decline of his career and what seemed like an impending divorce sent him spiraling. When he weighed over 400 pounds, she said that she wanted “to have a belly just like his.” Danny, who only wanted the best for his family, decided it was time for a change. He found this opportunity on The Biggest Loser. After winning the season, he has struggled to maintain the weight loss. His metabolism has slowed down, but he has maintained his healthier habits.
