Christina Phillips can boast of the biggest weight loss in the history of My 600-lb Life. After weighing 708 pounds, losing more than 500 pounds certainly changed her life. She had to see a therapist after losing weight as she was becoming obsessed with her body. This helped her let go of some of the stress she was putting herself under. She now sets new challenges for her life, like participating in marathons without obsessing over the scale. She’s also an advocate for healthier lifestyles and has participated in events with the Weight Loss Surgery Foundation of America.
