Jeremy and Conda Britt are two very competitive siblings. This is why it isn’t difficult for any of them to get in competition mode and try to outdo the other. In this case, Jeremy won, with 190 pounds lost. This meant more than half his weight, which was an impressive feat indeed. Jeremy had been working as a banker, living a sedentary life. He decided it was time for a change as he was only 22 and feeling sick all the time. The entire family joined the initiative, with their mom exercising from home. All of this workout routine has certainly paid off and they’re now healthier than ever.
