Tom Hardy & Charlotte Riley – 13 Years Together
It wasn’t “love at first cup” for Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley—the reference being that they shared a cup of tea to get to know one another. Of course, it was because they were both cast as the leads for the 2009 ‘ITV’ adaptation of ‘Wuthering Heights.”
Riley shared in an interview that she was thrown off balance during their date because Hardy put on a Charles Bronson persona. The ’Venom’ star had portrayed that character in a 2008 film. After realizing the actor only did the act to get a laugh, something clicked with the actress. The couple got engaged the following year, and finally tied the knot in 2014.
