Das Reality-Sternchen Tatjana Gsell arbeitete nach einer Ausbildung zur Kosmetikerin einige Zeit als Escort-Girl. Dabei lernte sie den älteren Arzt Franz Gsell kennen, der eine Klinik für ästhetisch-plastische Chirurgie betrieb. 1991 heirateten die beiden. Seitdem Tatjana in der Öffentlichkeit auftritt, fragen sich viele, wie sie wohl ohne Make-up aussieht.
Während ihrer Ehe unterzog sie sich mehreren Schönheitsoperationen. Im Januar 2018 nahm sie an der 12. Staffel der Reality-Show “Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!” teil und erreichte den achten Platz. Dort konnten die Zuschauer die Society-Lady dann auch mal ungeschminkt sehen. Ihr natürlicher Look im Dschungelcamp sorgte für gemischte Reaktionen, von Anerkennung bis hin zu Kritik.
