We kunnen wel stellen dat het racen steeds in het bloed heeft gezeten bij Max Verstappen. Als zevenjarige jongen was hij al regelmatig op het circuit te vinden om er met karts rond te rijden. Hij maakte heel wat indruk in Formule 3 en kreeg daarna een contract bij Redbull aangeboden om hun Junior Formule 1 team te vervoegen. Hij was amper een volwassene toen hij al een jaarsalaris van een half miljoen mocht ontvangen en op vandaag is dat zelfs een veelvoud geworden dankzij zijn vele overwinningen. Ondertussen heeft hij de Nederlandse bodem ingeruild voor een stekje in Monaco, maar met zijn vermogen van 65 miljoen euro was dat geen enkel probleem.
