In den letzten Jahren hat man von Bülent Ceylan, dem beliebten Comedian, nicht mehr so viel gehört, was nicht zuletzt auch an der Corona-Pandemie lag. Der “Döner for One”-Star übernahm 2018 seine erste Kinofilmrolle in “Verpiss dich, Schneewittchen!” und trat 2021 in Shows wie “Schlag den Star” und der Sat.1-Serie “Buchstabenbattle” auf. Dennoch waren seine öffentlichen Auftritte rar.
Auf seiner Website erklärt er, dass er diese Zeit genutzt hat, um an einem neuen Bühnenprogramm zu arbeiten und seine Biografie zu schreiben. Mit seiner einzigartigen Mischung aus Humor und Charme bleibt Bülent Ceylan ein wichtiger Bestandteil der deutschen Comedy-Szene.
