Jeder, der hartnäckiges Abnehmen schonmal ausprobiert hat, weiß, dass es oft viel Geduld braucht, bis man erste Ergebnisse sieht. Bei Lexi war das definitiv nicht der Fall. In den ersten 4 Wochen schwitzte sie über 20 Kilo runter.
Und zu jedermanns Überraschung setzte sie dieses Tempo fort. Sie blieb standhaft und gab nicht auf, obwohl sich die Dinge mit der Zeit verlangsamten. Lexi hielt an ihrem neuen Lebensstil fest, und so sind gesunde Ernährung und das Leben im Fitnessstudio für sie zur zweiten Natur geworden. Lexi akzeptierte ihren neuen Lebensstil nicht nur, sondern genießte ihn auch in vollen Zügen.
