Sag Bye Bye zu alten Gewohnheiten
Lexi lernte viele ihrer schlechten Essgewohnheiten aus ihrem Elternhaus. Schon in jungen Jahren wurde ihr eine ungesunde Lebensweise beigebracht, und weil sich ihre Familie frisches, gesundes Essen nicht leisten konnte, aß sie fast ausschließlich Fast Food. Tatsächlich muss Lexi zugeben, dass sich ihre gesamte Kindheit um Essen und Fernsehen drehte. Essen hat Lexi geholfen, mit ihren Emotionen fertig zu werden und mit Trauer umzugehen.
Als Lexi anfing, mit Danny auszugehen, verschlechtern sich ihre Gewohnheiten tatsächlich. Am Ende schwebten sie beide auf Wolke sieben mit Binge Eating und hatten alles andere als eine Diät im Sinn, bis sie sich schließlich entschlossen, etwas gegen ihren Heißhunger zu unternehmen.
