Das Training nicht vernachlassen
Die meisten Diäten funktionieren meist nur, wenn man neben einer gesunderen Ernährung auch körperliche Aktivität und insbesondere Trainingseinheiten im Fitnessstudio zu seinem Abmehmplan hinzufügt, um so die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für langfristigen Erfolg zu schaffen. Tatsächlich stellte sich die Suche nach dem richtigen Studio für Lexi als etwas komplizierter heraus, als die beiden anfangs dachten.
Sie waren schließlich extrem übergewichtig und hatten deshalb häufig Gelenkschmerzen, also waren viele herkömmliche Geräte nicht für sie geeignet. Außerdem konnte sie sich keinen Personal Trainer leisten. Allso beschlossen Danny und Lexi, ihre eigenen Nachforschungen anzustellen und gemeinsam ihren Trainingsplan auszuarbeiten. Sie fanden endlich das perfekte Fitnessstudio und bevor sie es wussten, rutschte ihnen das Gewicht von den Füßen.
