César Felipe Millán Favela es un reconocido entrenador canino que llevaba un programa televisivo llamado “El encantador de perros”, donde ganó popularidad a nivel mundial por sus dotes con los animales y su carisma ante las pantallas. También estuvo presente en “El camino de César” y “Sé el líder de la manada” que lo siguieron impulsando en su carrera. Estuvo durante años casado con Ilusión Millán, aunque el destino les indicó que era mejor separarse, ya que no lograban encajar de la misma manera. Ahora cada uno sigue su camino de la mejor manera que sabe.
