Plinio Fernando è un attore diventato famoso per aver dato il volto al personaggio di Mariangela, la figlia del ragionier Fantozzi nella fortunata omonima saga televisiva. Oltre alla serie di Fantozzi, l’attore prese parte anche in altri tre film: Sturmtruppen, Sballato, gasato, completamente fuso, Fracchia contro Dracula. Dopo queste esperienze come attore, Fernando si allontanò dal mondo dello spettacolo coltivando le sue passioni che sono la pittura e la scultura. Appassionato di storia e scultura medioevale, ha scolpito una raffigurazione della Sinagoga di Roma in oro zecchino, poi donata ed esposta al Tempio Maggiore. Attualmente prosegue con successo la sua attività lavorativa come scultore e pittore.
