TEDDY RENO (95)
Ferruccio Merk Ricordi is known to the public as Teddy Reno, husband of Rita Pavone since 1968. The couple married in Lugano and their union was much talked about because of the age difference between the two and because he had already been married. Despite the 20 year difference, Teddy Reno and his Rita are still together and have also had children Alessandro and Giorgio. The singer has currently retired from the scene due to ailments due to age and a physiological decline in memory. His passion for music, however, has remained intact: according to his wife, he continues to sing at home and follows his Rita’s shows on television.
