FRANCO BARESI (62)

Franco Baresi is a sports manager and former Italian footballer who played as a defender, honorary vice president of Milan. World champion in 1982 and vice champion in 1994 with the Italian national team, Baresi was the historic captain of Milan, with whom he played throughout his career. Born in the province of Brescia, Franco lost both parents at the age of 14, starting to play football very early, entering Serie A at 17 with the Rossoneri team where he will remain forever. In 2013, Baresi entered the Hall of Fame of Italian football. After retiring from competitive activity, the footballer worked as a sports manager for Milan.
