GEORGES BRASSENS – LEZARDRIEUX (1.1 MILLION EUROS)
Georges Brassens, the singer-songwriter, died in 1981 after writing over 200 songs. Despite his passing, he remains one of the most popular stars. In fact, La Poste recently dedicated a stamp to him. A video was also released in his honor in 2020. It’s called “Brassens by Brassens.” This great man owned a beautiful house in Lézardrieux. His home is worth around €1.1 million. It’s located in a quiet area and surrounded by lush greenery. The property where the house was built covers an area of 5,000 m2.
