He lost about 20 pounds after working out with a personal trainer and eating healthier meals. Gibson’s healthy habits allow him to remain strong enough to take on new roles left and right. He had two new films come out in 2021 titled “Last Looks” and “Dangerous.”

Kaley Cuoco started making a name for herself in the acting scene in the ‘00s. Her most prominent break was her role in “The Big Bang Theory.” She also earns money from modeling gigs, and you might’ve seen her on the cover of Shape magazine in 2015.

Before the pictorial, she was dieting for a year to achieve a slimmer waist. She said that she mostly consumed almonds and eggs. She consistently stuck to healthy meals daily, and she broke a sweat regularly. Wilson got to drop at least 60 pounds, and she successfully maintained her figure as of 2022. She didn’t have any films in 2021, but she appeared in shows like “Dish Nation” and “Extra with Billy Bush.”

Susan Boyle rose to fame ever since joining “Britain’s Got Talent.” She wasn’t the type who needed a slim waist to be happy, but her diabetes diagnosis made her put more effort into slimming down. She stopped consuming junk and ate healthier food instead.
