Little Girl Is a Big Fan of the Garbage Man: How A Cupcake Exchange Started A Phenomenon
The garbage truck was a regular visitor in a neighborhood in Bloomington, Illinois. Among its varying staff was the sanitation worker named Delvar Dopson. He regularly traveled within the area every Thursday and had become a familiar face and name among the residents.
However, this sanitation worker was like no other, especially after the world discovered his true identity and story shortly after a video of him went viral. On one typical Thursday, a resident took a video of him while approaching the three-year-old resident, Brooklyn Andracke, who was offering him a cupcake.
