A Well-known Yet Private Man
In one peaceful neighborhood at Bloomington, Illinois, was a sanitation worker named Delvar Dopson. He had worked in the community for years and had become a familiar face and name among the residents to the point that everyone recognized him.
The irony here is that despite his popularity, Dopson is a seemingly reserved man, and most residents had never spoken to him. However, things changed when one neighbor had the opportunity to get to know him better. The following events were recorded on a video, and he became known worldwide.
