In this case, Jeremy won, with 190 pounds lost. This meant more than half his weight, which was an impressive feat indeed. Jeremy had been working as a banker, living a sedentary life. He decided it was time for a change as he was only 22 and feeling sick all the time. The entire family joined the initiative, with their mom exercising from home.
