John Rhode – Owner of a CrossFit Gym
John Rhode has had one of the most dramatic weight loss transformations in the history of The Biggest Loser. After starting the competition at 445 pounds, he managed to lose 220 pounds. Pretty impressive, don’t you think? He gained some of it back, approximately 50 pounds, but he didn’t let that deter him. In fact, his commitment to a healthier lifestyle is such that he is now the owner of a CrossFit gym. Rhode has stayed away from the spotlight for the most part. However, in his last known interview, he said that he would keep up with an active lifestyle. This has probably helped him to stay in shape!
