Patrick House – The Biggest Loser Season 10 Winner/ Lost 205 Lbs
Patrick House is one of the most successful stories from The Biggest Loser. Not only did he win the tenth season with an impressive weight loss, but he also managed not to gain much of the weight back. After the competition, he only got back 16 pounds, and it was very likely that a part of that was pure muscle. He has maintained a good workout schedule throughout the years as he never wants to go back to his prior weight. He was seriously worried about his body when he participated in the competition. Now, he runs marathons and feels more alive than ever.
