This Well-Meaning Waitress Was Shocked at How a Homeless Man Turned the Tables for Her

The ever-caring Cindy promised the man a week’s worth of homecooked meals. He did not refuse; after all, her food had been irresistible. But more importantly, her kindness meant the world to the desperate fellow, and he was grateful for another human’s concern for his well-being.
Their new ritual was going great until one day Cindy had a visitor; she expected the least. Upon hearing the knock on her front door, she peeped through the window and froze with terror. Her boss was outside looking angry. On opening the door, he started yelling at her. He had discovered the culprit, and she had to face the music now.
