Hollywood-Star Adam Sandler hat uns mit seinen Komödien schon immer zum Lachen gebracht. Aufgrund der verschiedenen Rollen, die Sandler darstellen musste, musste er immer wieder ab- und zunehmen. Der Schauspieler kennt sich also mit Diäten bestens aus. Das letzte Mal wollte er Intermitten Fasting ausprobieren.
Bei dieser Diät hat man ein sechs- bis achtstündiges Zeitfenster, indem man essen kann, danach muss man 16 Stunden fasten. Das mit dem Essensverzicht hat bei Sandler nicht so gut geklappt, denn er litt unter regelmäßigen Fressattacken. Statt abzunehmen, nahm Sandler tatsächlich zu! Allerdings probierte der Star zu Anfang der Pandemie abzuspecken, deshalb sei ihm der Misserfolg auch noch einmal verziehen.
