Kevin Smith – 23 Kilo abgenommen
Kevin Smith ist Regisseur der Kult-Komödie “Clerks” (1994). Seit seinem Debüt hat Smith unzählige witzige Kassenschlager gedreht. Doch obwohl der Regisseur im Berufsleben so erfolgreich war, litt er doch unter seinem Übergewicht. Sein Höchstgewicht betrug dabei rund 140 kg. Was zu viel war, war zu viel, weshalb Smith innerhalb von zehn Jahren 24 Kilo abnahm.
2018 hatte Smith einen Herzinfarkt, was ihm noch einmal deutlich vor Augen führte, wie gefährlich Übergewicht sein kann. Das spornte ihn an, weitere 23 Kilo zu verlieren. Während der Pandemie nahm Smith wieder 11 kg zu, allerdings kann man sich auf Instagram davon überzeugen, dass er die überschüssigen Pfunde bereits wieder verloren hat.
