Silke Remus – 20 Kilo abgenommen
Die Auswandersoap “Goodbye Deutschland” machte Silke Remus zum Reality-TV-Star. Remus Ziel war es, auf Mallorca einen Neustart zu wagen. Doch bevor sie das tun konnte, wollte sie unbedingt abnehmen. 2017 nahm Remus daher innerhalb von acht Monaten ganze 20 Kilo ab.
Remus machte keine Experimente und verließ sich auf die Erfahrung der Weight Watchers. Wer heute den Instagram-Kanal des Reality-TV-Stars besucht, sieht, dass die Auswanderin ihr Gewicht erfolgreich halten konnte. In den sozialen Netzwerken zeigt sich Remus strahlend und immer gut gestylt. Wir finden es super, dass sich die Auswanderin auf Mallorca so wohl fühlt. Es sei ihr von ganzem Herzen gegönnt.
