Alfons Schubeck – 25 Kilo abgenommen
Er ist einer der beliebtesten Köche im deutschen Fernsehen: Alfons Schubeck. Zu Anfang der Pandemie nahm sich der Koch vor, wieder in Form zu kommen. Das ist ihm auch tatsächlich gelungen, denn Schubeck nahm unglaubliche 25 Kilo ab. Statt der ehemaligen 120 kg zeigt die Waage heute nur noch 95 Kilo an.
Wie so viele probierte es Schubeck bei seiner Diät mit einer gesunden Ernährung. Statt auf Sachen zu verzichten, setzte der Publikumsliebling vor allen Dingen auf Gemüse. Außerdem trieb der Koch auch mehr Sport. Um sein aktuelles Gewicht zu erlangen, brauchte Schubeck eineinviertel Jahr. Die Mühe hat sich gelohnt, seine Gesundheit wird es ihm danken.
