Manuela Reimann – 17 Kilo abgenommen
Wer schon einmal “Goodbye Deutschland! Die Auswanderer” gesehen hat, der kennt auch Manuela Reimann und ihren Gatten Konny. Heute wohnt das Pärchen im fernen Hawaii und genießt dort sein Leben. Der Umzug hat dazu geführt, dass Manuela sogar 17 Kilo abgenommen hat.
Der Reality-TV-Star setzt bei ihrer Diät auf gesundes Essen, das heißt vor allen Dingen auf Gemüse und Hülsenfrüchte. Außerdem hat Manuela Kohlenhydrate vom Speiseplan gestrichen und achtet darauf, regelmäßige Wasser zu trinken. Auf Instagram zeigt sich Manuela auch gerne mal sportlich: Sie geht viel wandern und macht Yoga. Wir freuen uns für die Auswanderin, dass sie ihr Leben jetzt so richtig zu genießen scheint.
