Birgit Schrowange – 9 Kilo abgenommen
Birgit Schrowange wurde u. a. durch ihre Moderation von “Extra – Das RTL-Magazin” bekannt. Dick war die Moderatorin nie, doch sie entschloss sich trotzdem 2017 abzunehmen. Tatsächlich konnte sie innerhalb von vier Monaten 9 Kilo zum Verschwinden bringen, obwohl sie das unsere Meinung nach gar nicht nötig hatte.
Im Interview mit der “Bunte” verriet Schrowange auch, wie sie das geschafft hat: “Ich verzichte im Gegensatz zu früher auf Leckereien zwischendurch, beschränke mich auf drei Mahlzeiten am Tag.” Insgesamt macht sie alles in Maßen, sie trinkt also gelegentlich auch mal ein Glas Wein. Auf Instagram kann man sich davon überzeugen, dass die Moderatorin es sogar geschafft hat, ihr Gewicht zu halten. Super!
