Matthias Killing – 10 Kilo abgenommen
Wer die Abnehmshow “The Biggest Loser” kennt, hat auch schon einmal Matthias Killing gesehen, denn der hat die Sendung präsentiert. Bei der Show ging es darum, dass stark übergewichtige Kandidaten innerhalb von kürzester Zeit viel abnehmen müssen, um den Sieg zu erreichen. Vielleicht hat das ja auch Killing inspiriert, selber Diät zu halten?
In einem “Bild”-Interview sprach der Moderator über seine Diät, die er mithilfe von Detlef D! Soost durchgeführt hat. Der Choreograf und Fitnesstrainer so wie sein Team halfen Killing richtig in Form zu kommen. Dank des Fitness- und Ernährungsplans verlor der Moderator 10 Kilo. Wahnsinn, auch wenn er das ja nicht unbedingt nötig gehabt hatte.
