Adele – 22 Kilo abgenommen
Nach sechs Jahren Pause meldete sich Superstar Adele endlich mit neuem Lebenszeichen zurück. Fans waren aber nicht nur von der neuen Single begeistert, sondern auch vom Aussehen der Sängerin. Denn die hatte in der Zwischenzeit ordentlich abgenommen.
Bereits 2019 wurden online Bilder geteilt, die Adele schlanker zeigten. Allerdings sind bis dato noch mehr Kilo gepurzelt. Mit neugefundenem Selbstbewusstsein landete der Megastar auch prompt auf den Covern der britischen bzw. amerikanischen “Vogue”. Für ihren Erfolg hat Adele auch viele Sporteinheiten einlegen müssen. Sie hat sich dabei vor allen Dingen auf Krafttraining, Wandern, Boxen und Ausdauertraining konzentriert. Der Einsatz hat sich aber gelohnt, Adele sieht einfach umwerfend aus!
