Weg mit den Pfunden: Diese Promis haben abgenommen
Andrea Ballschuh – 6 Kilo abgenommen
Die beliebte Fernseh- und Radiomoderatorin Andrea Ballschuh brachte innerhalb eines Jahres 8 Kilo mehr auf die Waage. Nun passten ihr nicht mehr nur ihre Lieblingsklamotten, sondern Ballschuh fühlte sich selber nicht mehr wohl. Ein guter Anlass, wie die Moderatorin fand, eine Diät zu machen.
Ballschuh entschloss sich, weniger Kohlenhydrate zu essen und integrierte mehr Bewegung in ihren Alltag. Das brachte die Pfunde schnell zum Schmelzen und innerhalb von fünf Wochen hatte die Moderatorin 5 kg verloren. Um nicht wieder zuzunehmen, versucht Ballschuh die Änderungen auch in ihrem Alltag zu berücksichtigen. Damit scheint sie Erfolg zu haben, denn auf Fotos sieht die Moderatorin fantastisch aus!
