Detlef D! Soost – 35 Kilo abgenommen
Bei den “Popstars” war Detlef D! Soost, der bürgerlich eigentlich nur Detlef Soost heißt, als Coach mit von der Partie. Die Sendung machte ihn bundesweit bekannt. Damals war der Tänzer noch ein wenig fülliger. Zu seinen ‘Höchstzeiten’ soll Soost um die 108 Kilo gewogen haben. Doch 2009 entschloss sich der Tänzer, mit einem Personaltrainer zusammenzuarbeiten, um seinen Traumkörper zu bekommen.
Der Einsatz hat sich gelohnt. Auch heute ist Soost super sportlich und durchtrainiert. Auf seinem Instagram-Profil strahlt Soost immer freudig in die Kamera. Mittlerweile bietet er sein eigenes Fitnessprogramm an und bringt Kochbücher heraus, u. a. “Schlank mit Torten und Gebäck”. Das klingt doch ziemlich lecker!
