2019 waren alle Augen auf Prinz Harry, den 6. der britischen Thronfolge, gerichtet, als er seine Braut Meghan Markle zum Traualtar führte. Der Druck bei dieser Traumhochzeit gut auszusehen, war bestimmt hoch. Aus diesem Grund strich der Prinz Kohlenhydrate von seiner Speisekarte und aß stattdessen lieber Obst und Gemüse.
Meghan soll Harry auch dazu gebracht haben, seinen Fleischkonsum einzuschränken. Zusätzlich gab der Thronfolger den Alkohol und das Rauchen auf. Er heuerte außerdem einen Personal Trainer an, der ihm half, für die Hochzeit in Form zu kommen. Das Endergebnis konnte sich sehen lassen: Harry sah am Tag der Trauung neben Meghan super aus!
