Oprah Winfreys eigene Talkshow “The Oprah Winfrey Show” machte die Moderatorin zu einer der bekanntesten TV-Persönlichkeiten im US-Fernsehen. Mit dem Thema “Gewicht” wurde die Talkshow-Queen bereits in jungen Jahren konfrontiert. Schon im Alter von 22 Jahren machte die Talkerin eine Diät. Doch der Erfolg war nicht von Dauer.
Doch jetzt hat sie scheinbar mit den Weight Watchers ihr Wunschziel erreicht. Dank des Abnehmprogramms hat Oprah rund 20 Kilo verloren. Aber das Tolle ist, dass sie ihr Gewicht halten konnte. Dem “People” Magazin erklärte sie: “Ich versuche nicht schlank zu sein, ich probiere keine (bestimmte) Kleidergröße zu erreichen. Ich versuche nur so gesund zu sein, wie es mein Körper sein möchte.”
