Kathy Kelly – 26 Kilo abgenommen
Kathy Kelly kennen wir als Mitglied der musikalischen Großfamilie “The Kelly Family”. Auch Kathy hatte wie andere Familienmitglieder mit ihrer Figur gehadert. Das führte dazu, dass die Sängerin es irgendwann leid war und sie ihre Ernährung radikal umstellte. Ihr Motto dabei: Weniger Fast Food, mehr Protein.
Das war aber noch nicht alles. Kathy heuerte auch einen Personaltrainer an, mit dem sie zusammenarbeitete. Das Ergebnis war die Mühe definitiv wert, denn Anfang 2020 zeigte sich die Sängerin ganz verwandelt. Kein Wunder, denn innerhalb eines Jahres hatte sie 26 Kilo abgenommen. Auf diese Leistung kann Kathy unglaublich stolz sein!
