Erich Klann – mindestens 5 Kilo abgenommen
Viele werden Erich Klann aus “Let’s Dance” kennen, wo der Tänzer über das Parkett wirbelte. Als Sportler war Klann natürlich immer schon fit. Allerdings postete er 2020 ein Vorher-Nacher-Bild online, mit dem er seine Fans überraschte. Die Bildunterschrift unter dem Schnappschuss lautete: “Ich habe mich immer wohl in meinem Körper gefühlt. Ich wollte fitter und gesünder werden.”
Sein Ziel hat Klann erreicht. Auf seinem Nacher-Bild wirkt der Tänzer durchtrainierter und schmaler. Wie Klann dieses super Ergebnis in nur einem Monat erreicht hat, schrieb der Tänzer im selben Post: “In den letzten 31 Tagen habe ich auf gesunde und ausgewogene Weise meine Ernährung umgestellt und mich vom Zucker entwöhnt.”
