Leona Lewis – mindestens 5 Kilo abgenommen
2006 gewann Leona Lewis den britischen Ableger von “The X Factor”. Als die Sängerin 2017 bei einer Veranstaltung auf dem roten Teppich gesichtet wurde, überraschte sie mit einem neuen Look. Denn Lewis war deutlich schlanker, das konnte man vor allen Dingen gut an dem schmaleren Gesicht und ihren durchtrainierten Beinen sehen.
Mit “Women’s Health” sprach die Sängerin darüber, wie es zu dem Gewichtsverlust kam. Wie so viele hatte Lewis sehr viel Sport gemacht. Vor allen Dingen SoulCycling hatte es ihr angetan. Außerdem war sie viel zu Fuß mit ihrem Hund unterwegs. Doch auf jeden Genuss wollte die Sängerin nicht verzichten, gelegentlich trank sie auch einen Whiskey.
