Ed Sheeran – 31 Kilo abgenommen
Mit 150 Millionen weltweit abgesetzten Tonträgern ist Ed Sheeran einer der erfolgreichsten Sänger der Welt. Doch Sheeran litt unter seiner großen Popularität, was bei ihm zu Angstzuständen führte. Aus diesem Grund griff er zu ungesundem Essen und Alkohol und schon bald zeigte ihm die Waage ein Gewicht von 100 kg an.
2020 kam allerdings Sheerans Tochter Lyra zur Welt und das war für den Sänger Motivation, sein Leben neu zu ordnen. Dabei konzentrierte er sich darauf, sich gesund zu ernähren und weniger Alkohol zu konsumieren. Siehe da, schon schmolzen die Pfunde, wie unser Voher-Nacher-Bild deutlich zeigt.
