Als Ex-Profifußballer weiß Thorsten Legat, wie man beim Sport richtig ins Schwitzen kommen kann. Zu Anfang der Corona-Pandemie beschloss der ehemalige Mittelfeldspieler zusammen mit seinem Fitnesstrainer ein Programm zu entwerfen, um innerhalb von nur 14 Wochen 24 Kilo abzunehmen.
Dank eiserner Disziplin hat Legat sein Wunschgewicht erreicht. Seinen durchtrainierten Körper zeigt der Ex-Kicker gerne her. Zurecht, hat er dafür doch auch hart gearbeitet. Wer Legat auf Instagram folgt, kann sehen, wie schweißtreibend seine Sporteinheiten sind. Um so fit wie der Fußballer zu werden, sollte wir uns an seinen folgenden Rat halten: “Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen sind heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich, aber bei mir das A und O.”
