Olivier Minne est un producteur télé ainsi qu’un présentateur et un écrivain d’origine belge. Il rejoint l’hexagone afin de se lancer dans une carrière en tant qu’acteur. Il est rapidement remarqué par la chaîne d’Antenne 2 où il travaille en tant qu’animateur pour « Noel Surprise » ou encore « Matin Bonheur » durant les années 1990.
