Peter Maffay | Sänger und Komponist | geb. 1949 in Brasov, Rumänien
Rocker Peter Maffay gehört zu den erfolgreichsten Künstlern in Deutschland. In seiner Karriere hat er bis dato 23 Nummer 1 Alben abgeliefert und über 50 Millionen Tonträger absetzen können. Das hätten sich wohl seine Gymnasiallehrer nicht träumen lassen, nachdem der Rocker zwei Mal nicht versetzt wurde und deshalb die Schule frühzeitig verlassen musste. Seinen Durchbruch erzielte Maffay übrigens in den 1970er-Jahren mit der Single “Du”. Fast Forward und Maffay kann auf eine lange, erfolgreiche Karriere zurückblicken, die ihm viele Auszeichnungen und Preise eingebracht hat. Sein letztes Studioalbum kam erst 2021 heraus, wir hoffen aber, dass Maffay schon wieder an neuen Songs arbeiten wird.
