Patricia Kaas | Sängerin | geb. 1966 in Forbach, Frankreich
Patricia Kaas wurde in Deutschland vor allen Dingen durch ihre Platte “Je te dis vous” (1993) bekannt. Die Sängerin, die sich auf eine Mischung aus Pop und Jazz spezialisiert hat, wurde von Filmgiganten Gérard Depardieu entdeckt. Er produzierte daraufhin Kaas erste Single namens “Jalouse” (1985). Der Song floppte allerdings und erst zwei Jahre später konnte die Sängerin mit der Single “Mademoiselle chante le blues” einen Hit landen. Das war der Anfang einer steilen Musikkarriere, die dazu führte, dass Kaas auch Konzerte in Amerika gab. Das letzte Album des französischen Superstars erschien 2016 und ist schlicht “Patricia Kaas” betitelt. Ob sie aktuell an neuer Musik arbeitet, ist leider nicht bekannt.
