Als dieser Mann ins Wasser fällt und mit seiner Unterhose am Boot hängen bleibt, sorgt er bei einigen seiner Kameraden für schallendes Gelächter, während andere ihm zur Hilfe eilen. Dieser lustige Vorfall ereignete sich auf einer Schaluppe, einem schnellen und wendigen Segelboot, das bei professionellen Seglern sehr beliebt ist. Schaluppen haben nur einen Mast und sind mit einem Vorsegel und einem Großsegel ausgestattet.
Im 17. Jahrhundert waren sie bei Piraten wegen ihrer Geschwindigkeit und Manövrierfähigkeit sehr gefragt. Heute werden Schaluppen für verschiedene Zwecke eingesetzt, von Regatten über gemütliche Ausflüge bis hin zu Angeltrips. Dieser Vorfall auf dem Segelboot erinnert uns daran, dass die Welt des Segelns voller unerwarteter Momente ist.
