If it isn’t obvious already, she follows a clean diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, avoiding processed foods. Kate is also a fitness enthusiast, regularly engaging in high-intensity interval training workouts, yoga, and strength training. We hope she has started to inspire you as much as she has us. We definitely need to try this combo to make sure our 40s look this amazing on us, too.
