If it isn’t obvious already, she follows a clean diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, avoiding processed foods. Kate is also a fitness enthusiast, regularly engaging in high-intensity interval training workouts, yoga, and strength training. We hope she has started to inspire you as much as she has us.
