These Hollywood Legends Are Still Alive And Winning Life

Tommy Steele – London, 84

Where it takes years to make a name in the competitive music industry, singer Tommy Steele is the one who brought a revolution in it with his debut single ‘Rock with the Caveman’ in 1956, aged just 20. Not long after, giving back-to-back hits like ‘Singing the Blues,’ he emerged as Britain’s first rock and roll star.

Interestingly, Steele’s fame brought him acting opportunities too, and he went on to star in several films such as ‘The Duke Wore Jeans,’ making him an all-round entertainer within a few years. Although he has not recorded songs for quite some time, he constantly works to bring something new to his fans and released his autobiography ‘A Life in the Spotlight’ in 2021.
